of wonder White bread. It isn't the bologna that is making your child
fat. It is the two slices of bread. Your child can easily burn the

The dairy products can easily be metabolized also. But the bread turns
into sugars and is stored as fat. Pack a lunch for your child that
includes fruits, vegetables, loose meats such as the chicken breast and
a small bottle of water.

loaded with sugar. Soda makes anyone fat. Especially your kids who
probably drank lots of it. The packaged fruit drinks also fall into
this category. They aren't really fruit juices. They are mostly water
and sugar.
